Berways for tour operators

As a tour operator, you know how important it is to meet your customers’ needs while securing the best economic conditions. Berways offers you the perfect solution to achieve exactly that: a wide range of booking options that allow you to work flexibly. You can decide how you want to book our flights, either directly via our booking portal “BerwaysX”, via GDS, or NDC connection.

Direct booking

Direct booking via BerwaysX is the easiest and most transparent way to book Berways flights. As a tour operator, you receive a refund (cashback) for every booking.

Advantages of direct booking:

• Full control and transparency: You have access at any time to the complete fare table, special offers, and additional services, such as seat reservations, baggage options, and upgrades.

• Cashback for every booking

• Easy handling

Why direct booking? The main advantage of direct booking is the full control over the booking process and the opportunity to earn cashback. Through BerwaysX, you not only gain access to a wide range of flight fares but also the flexibility to easily add additional services while benefiting from the best prices.

Booking via GDS systems

Alternatively, you can also book via common GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo). This option is interesting for tour operators who already have GDS systems integrated into their daily work, but it also comes with some disadvantages:

Disadvantages of GDS booking:

• Higher prices: Flights booked via GDS are usually more expensive than direct bookings through BerwaysX. This is due to the additional fees charged by the GDS systems.

• Limited fare and additional service options: Not all Berways fares and special offers are available in the GDS. Additionally, extra services or upgrades often cannot be added or only with limitations.

If you still want to book via a GDS, the booking is made under the code X1. The tickets are issued via HahnAir. Please make sure to check the flight number.

Allotment solutions – Special prices for larger volumes

For tour operators who regularly need larger volumes of flights, we also offer allotment solutions. This option allows you to book flights at particularly attractive and uniform prices, which you can then pass on to your customers. You get access to attractive and standardized prices (when using NDC).

In addition to traditional booking methods, we also offer the possibility to integrate our flights directly into your own booking system via NDC (New Distribution Capability).
