Flex tariff in detail
When booking the “Flex” tariff, one rebooking to a later flight is possible per flight up to 60 minutes before departure. In addition, rebooking to an earlier flight is possible from 48 hours to 2 hours before departure. If a flight is missed, rebooking to the next available flight up to 2 hours after departure is permitted. Flight changes are subject to any differences in flight prices and fares. A refund of the Flex tariff surcharge is excluded. Check-in must not have been completed before rebooking.
