Our flight managers are on duty worldwide to ensure that your flight is organised as efficiently as possible. They make sure that everything runs smoothly at the airport: they check all documents, coordinate additional services and keep an eye on times and processes. Changes to the passenger list are immediately passed on to check-in and our partner airlines. On board, the flight manager ensures a pleasant atmosphere and coordinates the entire range of services.
