FLIGHT MANAGER

To organize your flight in the best possible way, our flight managers are available at the airport and on board the aircraft as your direct contacts on site. They ensure that everything runs smoothly: they coordinate additional services and keep a constant eye on times and processes. The flight managers are also there for you at any time if you have any questions, concerns, or unforeseen problems, and will quickly find a suitable solution.

Fixed fuel

Fuel costs are one of the biggest cost factors in air travel. For charter flights, the current fuel price is usually used as a basis. If fuel costs change before the flight, the additional costs incurred will be billed retrospectively. With our Fixed Fuel Cost Option, you have full cost control: fuel costs are fixed in advance, so there are no additional costs. We assume the risk of rising fuel prices.

Catering

Create a genuine experience on board with customized catering that perfectly suits you and your occasion. Depending on the occasion, number of passengers, destination, and budget, we will find the best solution to surprise your passengers above the clouds with a welcome reception and tailored in-flight menus. Alternatively, you can choose our standard service. This includes snacks and drinks and is supplemented with a packed lunch or a full meal depending on the flight time and destination.

Branding

Depending on your needs, you can optionally customize the aircraft completely or partially with an individual livery and cabin design. The branding options are as diverse as they are varied: whether headrest covers, stickers, or branding on napkins and coffee cups, present your brand message in a unique way. We support you from the initial idea to the final rollout.
